After the final coat is dry rub with #0000 steelwool to eliminate all shine then you can paste wax for a brighter luster. The more coats applied the harder the surface and brighter the shine. For best results rub between coats with #0000 steelwool to remove shiny spots and make the finish smooth. Clean tools with mineral spirits.
