Shipping Questions & Answers

Who do you use to ship packages?

We currently use the US Postal Service and UPS.

Shipping fees are based on package weight and customer address.

However, because of the many new shipping options, not all the best pricing shows up when you place your order.

We want to assure you that when we retrieve your order, we then search for and find the least expensive option for you to ship your package and ship it accordingly. Your card is not charged until this process is completed.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are based on weight and the customers address. After shoppers have entered their shipping address and selected a shipping method, our online shopping cart system retrieves the exact cost from the chosen courier.

Where do you ship to?

This website is currently set up to take orders anywhere in the USA. We recommend contacting us to place orders that will need to be shipped outside the USA.

Return Policy

Items may be returned so long as you contact us (by phone or email) beforehand to discuss your return.

Items must be in "as new" condition, unless damaged during shipping.

Kingdom Restorations Ltd will not be responsible for any shipping charges (original or return).

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Refund checks are not issued immediately. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for refund checks to be issued.
